Refund policy

  •  I want to return an item. What options do I have?


    At Batela, we offer two options for processing any items you may wish to return:

     

    Refund by means of the original payment method


    You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used to purchase the item in the first place.

    Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount: €5 for domestic shipments and €7 for international shipments.

     

    How can I return an item?

     

    If the item was purchased at www.batela.com, follow the steps outlined below to process your return:

     

    PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE


    For them to be accepted, returned items must:

    •   Be in perfect condition, with no indications of use.

    •   Have all tags and accessories, and their original packaging.

    •   Be properly folded and presented as they were upon receipt.

      Batela reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.

     

    ❖ CREATE YOUR RETURN LABEL

    Enter your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase and select.

    The platform will guide you step-by-step through the process required to generate your return label.

    At this point, you must choose how you would like to receive your refund:

    •  Via the original payment method.

    •  By means of a gift voucher with no expiry date.

     

    ❖ DROPPING THE PACKAGE OFF


    Drop your package off at the Post Office of your choice.

    You can either print the label or take a digital copy with you on your mobile phone.

     

    ❖ CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND REFUND


    Once we have received the item and have confirmed that it complies with the conditions outlined above, you will receive your refund within a maximum of 6 working days.

     The refund will be issued via the original payment method or in the form of a gift voucher, depending on the option you chose when processing the return.

     We will notify you by email when your return has been accepted. If you opted to receive a gift voucher, it will be sent it in the same email.

    Remember to check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your primary inbox.

     How can I return an item I purchased in-store?


    If you purchased a Batela item in a physical store, any exchanges or returns must be processed directly with that establishment.

     Returns from physical stores cannot be processed online.

     By making a purchase, you agree to the store's returns policy. Remember that you must always present the original purchase receipt.

     

     What is the deadline for returning an item?


    You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order in which to return the item purchased.

    During the Christmas season (orders placed after 8 December), we extend this returns period to 30 days.

     Can I exchange an item?


    At Batela, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item:

     

    1. First return the item you have purchased.
