HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BATELA RAINCOAT?

In order to extend their lifespan, BATELA garments are designed to be easy to care for.

If you want your garment to last longer, be sure to use it properly and follow the care instructions provided.

Care instructions can be found on the garment's inner label or in the care section of each product on our website.

TIPS FOR CARING FOR YOUR GARMENT

Our polyurethane fabric is durable but delicate when it comes to maintenance and cleaning.

To remove stains or marks on this fabric, we recommend the following:

Try cleaning it with a damp cloth first, followed by a dry one. We recommend using the cleaning product called ‘Esponja mágica’. Try removing the stain from your garment with this product, either dry or wet, depending on the type of stain.

PRODUCT WARRANTY & WARRANTY POLICY:

All BATELA products come with a full legal warranty lasting two years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers material defects or defects in the workmanship of the garment.

If a product under warranty has a manufacturing defect, the warranty entitles the customer to have the product repaired at no cost to them; if repair is not possible, the garment will be replaced with a new one; and if the item is not in stock, the amount paid will be refunded.

The warranty does not cover consequential damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, improper washing, normal wear and tear and natural degradation of fabrics and colours.

We are currently unable to repair items not covered by our product warranty.

All BATELA items purchased from multi-brand stores that distribute BATELA products come with the same two-year warranty. However, by making a purchase, you agree to the store's returns policy. Any exchanges or returns must be processed directly with the establishment. Consult with the relevant point of sale for details.
