HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BATELA RAINCOAT?

BATELA garments are made for easy care and thus extend the useful life of the garment.

For greater durability of our products, you just have to make sure you follow the care instructions and make good use of them.

Care instructions are found on the inside label of the garments or in the care section of each product on our website.

 

CARE TIPS

Our polyurethane fabric is a durable fabric, but delicate when it comes to maintenance and cleaning.

For stains/marks on this fabric, we recommend the following options:

  1. Try cleaning it with a damp cloth, followed by a dry one.
  2. We recommend the use of the cleaning product called “Magic Sponge”. You can try to remove the stain from your garment with this product dry or wet, depending on the type of stain.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

WARRANTY POLICY:

All BATELA products have a complete legal guarantee of two years from delivery due to material defects or defects in the construction of the garment.

If a product during the warranty period has a manufacturing defect, the warranty gives the right to have the product repaired at no cost to the consumer; If repair is not possible, replace it with a new one; and if there is no available stock of that item, the amount paid for it will be refunded.

The warranty does not cover situations such as: Consequential damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, incorrect washing, normal wear and tear and degradation of fabrics and colors naturally.

We are currently unable to make repairs on products that are not covered by our product warranty.

WHERE DID YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCT?

  • IN OUR ONLINE STORE:

All products purchased in www.batela.com They have a two-year warranty. If you want to file a warranty claim for a BATELA product, write us an email to customers@batela.com indicating the following information: photos of the defect in the garment and order number or name to which it was made.

  • IN ANOTHER STORE THAT DISTRIBUTES BATELA (online or physical):

For products purchased in multi-brand stores that distribute BATELA products, the warranty remains 2 years. These items must be returned to the same point of sale where they were purchased. Check with the point of sale in question to find out how to proceed.

  • IN AN OFFICIAL BATELA OUTLET:

In the case of garments purchased in physical OUTLETs, they do not have any type of guarantee.
