Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How can I know where my order is?

To check where your shipment is you should consult the tracking information that you will receive in your email. If the information does not arrive correctly you can contact BATELA sending an email to

When will I receive my order?

The delivery days (working days) from the departure of the package from our warehouse are:

  • 2-3 days to home delivery and 4-5 days to delivery point to Spain peninsula.
  • 3-5 days at home and 6-7 days at delivery point to Spain Balearic Islands
  • 3-6 days at home and 6-7 days at delivery point to EU countries.

These delivery times do not take into account force majeure causes not attributable to BATELA.

Your order can be delivered at any time between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

How much does shipping cost?

Spain and Portugal:

FASHION => shipping costs 4€ or 5€, free shipping from 50€.

DECO=> variable shipping costs depending on the volume of the product. Free shipping from 100 € of the total purchase.

France and Italy:

FASHION=> shipping costs 6€ or 7€, free shipping from 100€.

DECO=> variable shipping costsaccording to the volume of the product. Free shipping from 200 € of the total purchase.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.

At the moment, we only send to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and Scalapay in 3 interest-free installments.

"If you buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You confirm that the instalments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, the related parties and their beneficiaries and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorise and consent to this sale and purchase."

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase before confirming your order and before paying. Make sure you type your code in the appropriate box and click on the "apply code" button to apply it to your order.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.

Always check the terms and conditions that you will find in the discount code.

How do I know I have made a successful purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive, within 24 hours maximum, an email confirmation of your purchase with the reference of your order and details of the items included in that order. If you do not receive it, please contact us via email
