MEN'S SIZE GUIDE

The first step is, of course, to take your measurements, following the instructions below. Then, add 2 cm and compare them to the values ​​in the tables below.

(A) CHEST

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

(B) WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape measure horizontal. Remember to leave a finger's width of space between your body and the tape measure for pants, shorts, and skirts.

(C) HIP

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal. Pay attention to your posture; stand tall with your feet together. Don't forget to empty your pockets.

(D) SLEEVE

Measure your arm from the top of your shoulder (border with your neck) to your wrist, making sure to keep your arm straight.
